Cementing Laboratory Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Plan and implement sample collection operations according to the requirements of the project
• Conduct QA/QC tests on oil well cement and additives to confirm the feasibility for operations
• Develop technologies for Mud, Cement, Drilling Fluids and Acid operations and recommend the most effective technical and economical option for implementation
• Maintain and manage files and documentation related to the test equipment and test results
• Comply with the safety rules and regulations prescribed in the performance of the assigned functions

Requisites

• Graduation in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Cementation Laboratory Engineer in the Oil and Gas sector
• Knowledge of mud, cement, drilling fluids and acids and other chemicals
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
